As the Commercial Manager, you will drive growth and spearhead business development. This is a key role of our new partnership with Melbourne & Olympic Park (M&OP). As the commercial manager you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives and oversee contract management to drive our growth and enhance profitability.

Showcase your expertise across this globally recognised destination for the best of live sport and entertainment including five iconic venues (John Cain Arena, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, Kia Arena and CENTREPIECE).

Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:

- Lead our commercial endeavours to success Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and build client relations for a key role in our triumph.
- Be the backbone of seamless operations and contract value maximisation.

**The Position**:

- Direct and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets, develop sales strategies, and foster client relationships.
- Manage the financial aspects of commercial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, analyse trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring compliance and favourable terms.

- Demonstrated leadership in a dynamic commercial environment, consistently achieving impactful results through strategic decision-making and effective team management.
- An analytical and strategic thinker, with a proven ability to leverage market trends and insights to drive commercial success and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
- Strong negotiator with a track record of securing favourable contract terms and agreements, maximising value for the organisation while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Known for fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
