We looking for talented individuals with skills across the below Sales specialities:
Customer Success

**What you’ll do**
- Own the post-sale relationship with a customer, ensuring we’ve identified the value outcomes the customer is looking to achieve and enabled a strategic change plan to ensure we’re meeting those outcomes
- Deliver consultative value by resolving issues, and helping them to improve their business
- Understand our customer's most important business outcomes and coach them on the best ways to use Canva specific to their needs
- Drive customer satisfaction through implementation, onboarding, training, and adoption
- Partner with internal teams to align priorities, collaborate on customer needs and opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven track record engaging users and driving adoption, with 6+ years of consulting, post-sales, customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Customer support or implementation services experience on SaaS software platforms including onboarding, training, and client relationships
- Willingness to learn and adapt, as well as dream big.
- Comfortable with learning new technologies and solutions.
- A self-starter, but also a strong team player, with excellent collaborative skills.

Sales

**What you’ll do**
- **Revenue growth**: focus on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts, Develop and execute against an account/territory plan.
- **Customer enthusiasm**: extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction across teams and lead full sales cycles with a consultative approach, creating and articulating compelling value propositions for Canva for Enterprise.
- **Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency**: create, educate, experiment, and collaborate with senior leadership on building team practices and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business
- **Team mentorship**: cultivate the culture and talent for attracting and motivating the talent to accomplish the above

**What we’re looking for**
- Success: proven track record exceeding quota and 5+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience
- Communication skills: ability to communicate concisely and passionately
- Creativity: willingness to learn and adapt, as well as dream big
- Integrity and trustworthiness
- Independent / self-starter
- Fast-paced / bias towards immediate actions and results
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)

Partnerships

**What you’ll do**
- **Drive Partnership Growth**: The Partnership PSM will primarily be responsible for proactive outreach to select target Canva partners, leading discussions to evangelise the benefits of adding new templates, promoting different marketing campaigns and launching new features to drive more awareness to our partner sites and increase the revenue Canva gets via Design Revenue share.. The role will also work closely with the Strategic Partnership colleagues, on collaborations with our most important significant relationships.
- **Own the ongoing success of Canva partnership relationships**: Once brought into Canva’s partnership ecosystem, the Partnership PAM will work alongside our Sales and engineering team to continue to grow and foster the relationship with each of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Partners. The Partnersh
