Business Support | Customer Service | Administration

**Your new company**

Large and exclusive wholesaler for various Health and Safety equipment across Australia and New Zealand. Based in St Leonards, this organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Administrator to join a fast-paced and sociable team.

**Your new role**

This role will sit within the Business Support Team and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service along with various administrative and data entry duties.
- Inbound customer service enquiries
- Generating leads for the sales team
- General administration duties for the Business Support team
- Supporting and educating new and existing customers on the market

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will have a high level of Customer Service, Administration and Data Entry experience along with the ability to adapt styles of communication to fit the level of internal and external stakeholder.

You must be a confident and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and be competent with various computer systems or have the ability to pick up new computer systems.
