The company;
A Leading financial services company based in Sydney CBD are looking for a proactive Administration/ Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The role;
As a Customer Service Representative/Administration you will;
- Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned trusts/clients
- Answer all inbound calls and complete outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assist and resolve any queries from clients
- Heavy Administration duties
- Execute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
About you;
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent Phone manner
- Ability to work in a team/independently
- High attention to detail
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships
- Proficient in Excel
- Financial industry experience preferred but not essential
