**About the Role**
We are seeking a sales results proven **New Home Sales Consultan**t to work with a custom builder on house and land packages, knock down rebuilds and duplexes. This will suit someone who is hungry to make sales and also has the customer in mind when attending to their needs and wants. You will be managing your entire sales pipeline and new business development along with added support and resources from management.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Strong focus on new business development.
- Ensuring all new customers or potential ones are followed up with and nurtured.
- Preparation of sales and KPI reports.
- Manage the CRM database.
- Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications
**Skills & Experience**:
- Demonstrated monthly sales results of custom or project homes.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards and guidelines preferred.
- Competent with CRM and all Office software.
- Previous experience in the building industry.
- Ability to create and build client relationships.
