**The opportunity**:
You will be working for an impressive new home and land builder that is growing and expanding their display home portfolio. With over several years of experience within the industry, they have gained an amazing reputation in their ability to produce excellence and success in all their endeavours.

Experience the convenience of working close to home by joining their New Home & Land Sales Team in Marsden Park. Please note that the site will eventually move to Oran Park into their new display home. This opportunity will be perfect for a driven and motivated person looking to leverage their previous sales experience to potentially earn commission and produce great outcomes for all
Please note weekend work is essential as part of this role. You will get 2 days off during the week.
**The position’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Previous experience in similar position that would equip the salesperson to understand the customers’ needs and requirements
- Generate, follow up and convert potential sales leads
- Qualify leads and book appointments with clients
- Create and implement a sales plan
- Welcome potential customers to the display home
- Build customer relationships and provide 1st class customer service
- Management of phone, web and face-to-face enquires in a timely manner
- Being able to read plans and understand council regulations
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner
- Preparing sales materials for new House & Land Packages
- Prepare Tenders
- Sales Administration duties/tasks as required.

- Strong sales experience within Home & Land Sales - Essential
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills
- Driven to achieve sales targets and objectives - Hungry to make magic happen
