**How will I help?**
This role is part of the Corporate Services finance team. Working with a group of professionals this role will deliver strong financial control through the adherence to policies, processes, and standards; provide financial insights and advice to help our business leaders achieve target outcomes; and build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders.
The Corporate Services finance provides support to Customer Services and Technology division.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide finance support to Customer Services and Technology
- Partnering within Finance and business leaders and/or taking the lead on the provision of insights
- Applies financial policies, frameworks, and standards to the delivery of work activities, including to the management of risk and control
- Financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting, including summarising information into key drivers / high level messaging for senior leaders
- Provision of ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to identify opportunities and assess performance relative to the strategy
- Change and continuous improvement to enhance capabilities across the team and in supporting the business

**What do I need?**
- Background in Finance or Accounting studies (CA/CPA qualified preferred or working towards)
- 3+ years relevant experience in banking or similar industry
- 3+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis
- High competencies in reporting and presentation
- Experience in month-end close / management
- Ability to translate data and analysis into insights and advice
- Strong competency in TM1 and Microsoft Office suite (Excel essential)
