Position summary

Downer Business Service Centre (BSC) Purchase to Pay Function operates a high-volume Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Management environment using leading edge technology, capabilities, knowledge and experience of our people. We focus on process improvement and measurements to deliver a competitive and quality service to our customers. We also provide a collaborative, challenging and rewarding environment and opportunities for progression.

Based in North Ryde, Sydney, this role sits within the Travel and Expense team and consists of Expense and Travel management functions for all of Downer Group. The team manages administration of all Travel and Expense processes and systems, employee enquiries and provides monthly compliance and business performance reporting to our Business Finance teams. With over 40,000 employees across Downer and Spotless, this is a fast paced and high-volume transactional environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Creating and updating travel and expense user profiles

Resolving travel and credit card related issues raised through Downer’s internal ticketing platform

Reconciling credit card statement against Expense Management System data

Reconciling and managing personal use of corporate card repayment

Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Managing credit card clearing account

Be the first point of contact for issue resolution

Participate in continuous improvement projects

Any other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or P2P Manager

**ABOUT YOU**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance with experience in Accounts Payable or Expense Management.

Experience working in a corporate environment

Knowledge and experience working with ERP’s (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE) and expense management systems (Concur) is desirable

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Sound knowledge of expense management processes and reconciliations

Ability to resolve problems and manage customer expectations
