We are a health-tech start-up established in 2020, focusing on transforming home care in Australia through our creative approach which is designed to support people in achieving their goals whilst living at home.

Leveraging on our technology platform, we are an approved provider that specialise in self-management. We partner with our customers to create unique support plans that meet their needs and optimise their funds, making the most out of their Home Care Package (HCP). As the Head of Marketing at HomeMade, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's identity, driving customer acquisition and retention, overseeing CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, and contributing significantly to the senior leadership team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of leading a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals in a dynamic business environment.

You're someone who is 'hands-on' and enjoys working for an organisation that has purpose and impact. You will be leading, developing and implementing all marketing and promotional strategies & activities to ultimately increase brand awareness and engage the community whilst promoting positive and productive relationships. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Management**:

- Develop and implement innovative brand strategies to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align branding with product offerings.

**Customer Acquisition**:

- In partnership with the customer acquisition team, design and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to identify and target high-value customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion processes.

**Customer Retention**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer retention strategy.
- In partnership with the Lifecycle team, implement loyalty programs, personalised communication, and engagement initiatives.
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

**CRM and Lifecycle Marketing**:

- In partnership with the Lifecycle team, oversee the CRM system, ensuring effective use for marketing initiatives and data collection.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and maximise lifetime value.
- Segment customer base effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and inspire a diverse marketing team in a shared services setting to achieve outstanding results.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.
- Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and career development support to team members.

**Strategic Contribution to Senior Leadership**:

- Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Report on marketing performance metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

**Your experience will include**:

- A relevant qualification in marketing & communications or related field
- Proven experience in developing & implementing organisational marketing & communication strategies with measurable outcomes
- Excellent written & oral communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely & appropriately for specific audiences
- Proven experience in copy editing, writing & proof reading materials for use in print & digital media
- The ability to be work effectively under tight deadlines
- An understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- The Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- It’s important to note that while home/ aged care experience is appreciated, it's not essential to succeed in the
