**The Role**

And now, we are looking for a new Head of Marketing to execute the JD Sports ANZ brand strategy. As the Head of Marketing, you will train and develop the broader marketing team, and proactively identify new opportunities within both the Australian and New Zealand marketplaces to drive further consumer engagement and business growth.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Implementation of the top line marketing strategy defined by the GM of Marketing whilst providing insight and opportunities to evolve for future years
- Management of the Third-Party Brand stream, including all brand partner major campaigns and seasonal planning across all channels
- Management of the Retail Marketing stream to ensure our weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade goals are achieved
- Critically analysing campaign performance with actionable outcomes that drive commercial success
- Manage and support all store openings with all members of the Marketing department and through cross functional collaboration.
- Managing the capacity planning of the department to ensure optimal and efficient team performance
- Training and developing junior members of the department to ensure there is a growth plan and we are creating our leaders of tomorrow

**Who You Are**
- 3-5 years in a similar position or within like Brand partner or Retail business
- Proven leadership through a senior management position for a minimum of 3 years
- Tertiary education is recommended but not essential
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Intermediate proficiency in Google docs
