**Job description**:
As Head of Product & Marketing for the brand in the Australia marketplace, the objective is to develop the brand through the strategic management and delivery of all brand communications including Advertising, Sponsorships, PR, Events, Retail, CRM, Social & Digital. This will include full Head Office marketing and product accountability and liaison; Agency management of KPI's and day-to-day contact and Senior stakeholder management across the group. The delivery of a sound integrated Product strategy, market relevant products, at competitive prices, to achieve the Brand's volume objectives in close cooperation with the Sales team.

**Key Deliverables**

**- Product Strategy**: Bring new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs with product team; ensuring product team analyse all available internal data, market research and competitor information.

**- Campaign Planning and Execution**: Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns across various channels, ensuring on time, on budget, and deliver desired results.

**- Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Journey, Sales, Aftersales, Product Development, and Customer Service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and stock availability.

**- Budget Management**: Develop and manage marketing budget efficiently to meet objectives. Ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and aligned with organisational objectives.

**- Team Leadership**: Guide, coach, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for team members, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance and professional development. Robust, profitable product proposals; ensure product team manage go to market processes with all internal departments to ensure successful product launches.

**- Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and media channels for actionable opportunities.

**- Brand Management**: Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning. Establish and enforce brand guidelines for strong identity and recognition.

**- Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Devise strategies to acquire and retain customers, leveraging data to enhance lifetime value and reduce churn.

**- Data Analysis and Insights**: Utilise analytics to monitor performance, track trends, and inform decisions. Regularly report on KPIs and marketing ROI to the senior management team

**- Partnerships and Influencer Marketing**: Collaborate with partners and influencers to expand brand reach and drive engagement.

**- Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Market research to identify customer preferences and needs.

**- Process Improvement**: Identify and implement workflow efficiencies, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

**Profile description**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 7 years+ integrated marketing and product management experience preferred.
- Team management/leadership experience.
- Understanding of the automotive category preferred.
- Strong advisory, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to steer and hold account external agency partners.
- Ability to think outside the box
