I am currently recruiting for a permanent Office Manager/Executive Assistant position for a well-established Cosmetic and Plastic surgery Clinic based in the Eastern Suburbs.

**Your new role**
- Skincare stocktake
- Debtors-weekly with banking
- Booking patients appointments for surgery and theatre location
- Completing patient quotes
- Liaise with trades people and IT consultants for any repairs
- Ordering of injectable products (e.g., fillers, Botox)
- Assisting the Head Doctor in some aspects of his educational events, including patient recruitments, consents, and follow-ups.
- Organising and maintaining the diaries and notifications for the Head Doctors business face to face, virtual meetings and webinars including meeting the pharmaceutical companies and PR firms
- Regular contact with the Clinic's Social Media Specialist to get a good idea of upcoming marketing promotions so that you can brief the administration staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A broad knowledge and exposure to Cosmetic and Plastic surgery treatments
- Experience with the software system Genie (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in computers and technology
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Have the ability to keep track of your daily tasks
