**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Due to the unprecedented growth of our existing client base, we are currently looking for additional Rostering Coordinators to work out of our head office in Keilor Park.

As a Rostering Coordinator, you will work with our branch network rostering for our clients nationally. Your role will be to work across multiple rosters and administratively manage daily changes.

**The duties of the role include**:
Reporting to the National Rostering Manager our Rostering Coordinators support our client base in both an administrative and phone-based capacity.

You will be assisting through creating, publishing, and finalising daily and weekly changes to live rosters and following up with both internal and external customers.

No two days will be the same, however the foundation of the role will not change. You will be supported with training of between 2-4 weeks and have the support for The Rostering Manager and Some Senior Rostering Coordinator.

To be an ideal fit for this role you will have:

- Excellent computer-based skills
- A passion for customer service with a great phone manner
- Excellent time management with an eye for detail
- Proven skills in developing positive relationships
- Excellent teamwork skills
- The ability to work well towards deadlines
- The maturity to work autonomously when required

Experience working with Rosters in highly advantageous but if you are organised and efficient, we will happily train you.
