**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Human Resources, Police Prosecutions & Licensing Enforcement Command. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements

A large part of the Rostering role involves interpersonal, liaison and negotiation skills. Can you provide us some notable examples of times you have had to deal with a difficult situation or with difficult people? What exactly was the problem, what strategies did you utilise and what was the outcome?
