We are looking for a hardworking and awesome **HR & Admin Assistant** who will be helping out with People & Culture management tasks under the internal team.
- Duties and Responsibilities Encoding of Employee information in Sprout HR - Current and New hires.
Monitoring of Month Performance Evaluations.
Updating of Employee Action Form.
In charge of Addendum of Contracts.
Onboarding process.
Offboarding process.
Maintaining of 201 Files in soft & hard copies.
Issuance of Certificate of Employment.
Requisition of Welcome Kits.
Assisting in organizing company events and activities.
Participate in HR projects.
Respond to employees’ queries.
Preparation of ID.
Ad hoc task as required.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource, Psychology or any other related course.
1-2 years HR Administrative experience, preferably under the BPO Industry.
Strong sense of professionalism and organization with a high degree of attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
