HR Advisor

In this role you will partner with the manufacturing team at our largest site in Berkeley Vale to provide ongoing advice and support on all HR related matters. You will support the HR Business Partner with the broader HR strategy and become a trusted partner to the site.

**The Role**:

- First point of contact for all HR-related matters for operations department employees or another Site Services Department(s) as assigned.
- Conduct generalist HR support and advice including performance management and organisational development to all staff.
- Conduct end to end recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Coaching and advising Department Managers and Team Leaders.
- HR Administration.
- Assist with culture and engagement initiatives.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate and conduct Development and/or Training projects as required.
- Coordinate traineeships and other employee programs for the Berkeley Vale Site.
- Other HR related duties as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Human Resources Degree qualification or another relevant discipline. As a minimum a Diploma in the Human Resources field.
- 2+ years experience in a HR coordinator/ advisor role.
- Experience & knowledge of WHS in the workplace
- Exceptional partnering and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- You must be a great team player to form constructive professional relationships
