**RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMIN SUPPORT**
Cleanflow Environmental Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent administrative support to our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and relay information accurately.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and manage access to the premises.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update files, databases, and office records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication within the organization by promptly relaying messages and information.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with event planning, including organizing company gatherings and meetings.
Office Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with facilities management, including coordinating office space and equipment requirements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and general computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
