Administration Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin who will be focusing on travel booking and travel management.
IPA is looking for an admin who will have this chance to work for one of our clients which is the largest essential services provider in a diverse range of industries in Australia.
This role consists of office-based work to support and help co-admins with over-flowing work. It is a close-knit and supportive team.
**About the role**:
- 2 days per week - must be Thursday and Friday working hours are preferable 9-5
- The initial role is for 3 months.
- Canning Vale location
**Requirements**:
- Previous general admin experience required
- Highly desire travel bookings/management experience local to WA - understands local issues with travel
- Experience in SAP/Ariba is desired but not a must
- Microsoft Office experience required
**The role will also involve assisting with**:
- Booking training
- Ordering PPE
- Reconciling credit cards
- Assisting with raising and reconciling PO's
- Assisting with raisin
- General maintenance admin e.g. ordering hard wear
- Compliance
