About the Role
- We are seeking a permeant full-time Strategic Planning Partner based in Blackburn, VIC to join our Strategy and Enterprise Projects (SEP) team.
- As our strategic vision evolves, the Strategic Planning Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping our transformation across the Salvos. The role will foster collaboration with senior leaders to guide teams to develop and implement their strategic plans, inspire key objectives and innovative solutions, and reflect on performance against strategic priorities.
- In addition to embedding the strategy, the role will lead the ideation stage of our project lifecycle by engaging with key stakeholders to formalise ideas through creative problem-solving and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be successful in this role if you can:

- Champion and support the strategic planning practices and development of the three-year strategy across the organisation
- Develop and monitor strategic priorities to ensure consistent alignment with the organisation's strategy
- Support the organisational Strategy Review Framework, ensuring the strategy is refreshed in line with market and industry intelligence
- Partner with Departments and Divisions to ensure alignment of local plans with the organisation's strategy
- In conjunction with the Strategic Portfolio, establish measurement criteria and monitor performance against the strategic plan and the market
- Facilitate the quarterly strategic planning cycle by engaging with teams for updates on the execution of their strategic plan

About You
- Key Capabilities:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Project Management, Finance etc.
- TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture Methodology) certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in Strategic Planning role with demonstrated success in partnering/engaging with stakeholders in developing strategic plans, reporting strategic plan progress and executing strategy.
- Proven experience in facilitating strategic initiative planning and scoping workshops.
- Proven experience in developing business models (capabilities, services, value streams, information)
- Requirements of the role:
