ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a full-time permanent IT Strategy & Performance Manager at THQ Blackburn, VIC.

The purpose of this role is to drive strategic partnership and strategic development of the TSA Digital Strategy. Provide expertise in strategic planning, business case and operating model development and ensure alignment of TSA Strategy and Digital Strategic Plan with projects and operations across IT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTES:

- Lead development and alignment TSA digital strategic plan with the TSA Strategy and in partnership with the IT Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead, develop and prioritise initiatives and operational plans including KPIs and metrics to realise the Digital Strategic Plan
- Strategically partner across TSA to align and support the development of business units’ strategies digital plans
- Develop the business cases to understand the value, benefits, and alignment of new initiatives
- Identify and assess opportunities for ITS to enable the mission and transform TSA

ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications & Experiences:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business is mandatory, with post-graduate qualifications preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, op model development and strategic development
- Proven ability to develop and execute IT initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and experience in engaging and facilitating workshops with senior executives
- Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
