**About the opportunity**

The ER Case Manager is a key role within the Case Management team, that provides guidance, support, investigation and representation on complex and medium/high risk cases, queries and investigations raised through the Employee Relations team or People Services. The role will work across our nation wide portfolios and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

**What you’ll deliver with us**

The core purpose of this role is to conduct case management and coordination of all activities associated with employee-based investigations including HDB, Whistleblower, MD Complaints, AOD escalations and standard ER case investigations.

**You’ll also**
- Provide expert advice, case coordination and review of recommendations for all ER activities, including providing feedback to improve knowledge, and resolving any issues identified through the process.
- Develop and execute targeted initiatives and interventions to support case management improvements and refine ER processes, including driving self-service and leader uplifts, knowledge management creation, system intervention and channel optionality.
- Work with and liaise with key external bodies including Fair Work Commission
- Lead a culture within the Function that fosters the One Australia Post approach, focuses on safety & wellbeing, and puts the customer at the forefront of all activities and decisions.

**About you**

You will work closely with business unit leaders, investigation officers and group legal teams, and will have outstanding interpersonal, coaching and listening skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organisation.

**You’ll also need**
- HR Qualification (desirable) 3+ years industry experience
- Analytical and commercial thinking, with stakeholder and client influence capability
