**The opportunity**

We are currently on the lookout for an Employee Relations Advisor to join Bupa on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the effective case management of employee related matters. Bringing your previous experience in employee relations and case management, you will provide high quality and seamless service delivery, advice and support.

This is a great opportunity to grow your employee relations experience in a large global organisation.

You can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid working arrangements available.

**How will I help?**
- Effective management of employee relations cases
- Provide timely, pragmatic and accurate advice and guidance on People policies and processes.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with stakeholders to manage, advise on, and provide a range of solutions to resolve employee relations matters.
- Utilise Bupa’s case management system to track and record all cases accurately, ensuring access to quality data.
- Provide coaching and support for Leaders to build their capability on People processes and Bupa systems.
- Ensure fair and accurate interpretation of contract terms, Employment Agreements and applicable Awards.
- Proactively contribute to team performance by identifying opportunities to improve / standardise existing People policies, processes and documentation.

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience managing end to end employee relations cases
- Experience coaching leaders and employees on People processes, systems and policies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a manner suited to the audience
- Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working within health care or aged care would be beneficial
