**About the team**:
Questacon is Australia’s National Science & Technology Centre. We harness imagination and wonderment to make science fun and relevant for all. Our vision is for a better future for all Australians through engagement with science, technology and innovation.

Questacon’s Digital Engagement Team is entering an exciting phase in facilitating Questacon’s digital modernisation, including ongoing web development projects. It is a dynamic and insightful team that works across all areas of Questacon to:

- Support audience engagement via digital products and services
- Understand our online user and share insights across the organisation to improve engagement outcomes
- Collaborate and understand user needs to increase engagement, efficiency of services, communication and collaboration
- Strengthen digital literacy and provide advice on digital capability and how to get the most out of our online experiences

**The opportunity**

This role provides the opportunity to build on our international reputation for hands-on engagement with Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths and develop Questacon’s user experience on-site, online and on the road. You will work collaboratively with teams across Questacon and play a key role in defining Questacon’s digital future.

- Have skills, capabilities and experience in project or delivery management
- Experience developing, implementing and tracking project plans and reporting

**What you will do**:
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital services as part of Questacon’s program of digital uplift. You will:

- Coordinate and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and reporting
- Collaborate with multiple teams including technical teams and product users to align project goals and schedules
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to promote effective communication
- Develop and manage project documents including plans, budgets and reports
- Ensure all project risks and issues are effectively captured, allocated, managed, actioned, and reported throughout the project
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services
- Provide valuable advice to senior management
- Share lessons learned, support the development of others and be accountable for own work items to support a thriving team culture of continuous improvement
- Support a high performing, multi-disciplined team
- Carry out other activities as required in support of Questacon’s digital engagement
