**About the Role**
- As PEXA's Facilities Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating a workspace that not only looks good but feels good too. From overseeing the vibrant dynamism of our Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane hubs to steering the innovative Victorian University Flipped Up Campus concept, your mission is to craft spaces that reflect PEXA's commitment to excellence and innovation. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for nurturing key relationships, you'll manage everything from lease negotiations to workplace experience, making our offices not just places to work, but places where our team loves to be.
**What you'll be doing day to day**:
- Support accommodation strategies for our key AU office hubs of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
- Manage aspects of our current and future portfolio of premises.
- Oversee the completion of the Victorian University Flipped Up Campus concept and delivery.
- Oversee workplace experience systems and suppliers in PEXA offices in accordance with landlord and operator requirements.
- Guide office coordination, management of contractor procurement, budget oversight and maintenance requirements
- Provide input into lease arrangements including any negotiations (in partnership with Sourcing and Legal) of upcoming lease changes.
- Provide a workplace experience plan to manage our physical footprint needs as part of the Flex First policy.
**What you'll bring to the table**:
- 5+ years experience in Facilities Management, project management and supplier management particularly trades and office facilities’ suppliers.
- Experience or exposure to lease negotiations (preferred but not essential).
- Ability & experience in leading a small team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management
- High attention to detail
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent self-organisation
- Proactive decision making, judgement and producing recommendations
- Ability and willingness to support visitor management to support the HQ senior office coordinator
- Ability and capacity to engage with UK FM team (some early morning/late evening meeting availability)
