**The Company**

A highly respected, growing not-for-profit based near Indooroopilly are seeking an Accounts Administrator. You'll be joining an expanding team with plenty of opportunities to grow your experience. Starting on a 6-month contract to assist with work through a period of growth. This is a great role for someone who is looking to consolidate their Accounts Receivable experience alternatively the business would welcome an individual who is looking to start out a career in Accounts.

**The Role**
The Accounts Administrator contributes as an integral member of the finance group and supports activities aligned with the strategic direction and values of the company.

Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining daily processes including banking, petty cash reconciliations and processing of reports.
- Provide advice and information on the organisation's services.
- Organise and manage correspondence.
- Undertake administrative and clerical duties including filing, preparing reports and collating information.
- Schedule, organise and prepare meetings, interviews and appointments.

**About You**
You will have some experience in the Accounts Receivable process and be confident in completing bank reconciliations. You must be a confident communicator and have exceptional customer service skills. You’ll have excellent written & verbal communication and be able to excel in a team environment.
