Your new company is an Australian owned and operated distributor of IT, Tech, Consumables and Office Supply products. With warehouses located nationally, this role will have you working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment providing exceptional customer service.

**Your new role**

In your new role, you will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Credit Manager.

Your daily duties will include:

- Processing and invoicing of Accounts Receivable and ensuring all payments are made within a timely manner
- Processing, managing and reconciling of customer accounts, credits and payments
- Preparing reports for review by managers
- General office administration tasks to support and ensure efficiency within the team

**What you'll need to succeed**

Key attributes that will lead you to success in this role will include:

- Strong customer relationship management skills with ability to navigate conflict
- A collaborative team player with skills in problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail with good information management skills
- Driven and motivated by KPI’s
- Experience in Accounts Receivable is advantageous
