Your new company is an established company with offices spanning Australia. They are an industry leader in the Australian market with a customer-centric approach. Steady company growth has led to a new vacancy for an Accounts Administrator to join their team in a full-time permanent capacity at their office on the Brisbane Southside.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your new role will be varied and mainly act as a supporting role to the accounts and administration team.
- Invoicing
- Management of debt collection and account queries
- Creation/receipting of purchase orders
- Creditor statement reconciliation
- End of month reconciliation tasks
- Assist with general administration duties such as assisting with customer service, order processing and ad hoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable, ideally within a manufacturing or service industry
- Proven experience working in administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
