- As the Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our sales division, championing business development and broadening our engagement with enterprise clients within the realms of People Systems and Automation Technology Consulting. This role is crafted for a visionary sales leader, distinguished by a verifiable history of sales achievements and equipped with a robust professional network to tap into.

Your mission will be to architect and execute strategic sales initiatives, cultivate and deepen relationships with clients, and meet or exceed sales objectives that resonate with our overarching vision. Positioned within a dynamic and entrepreneurial framework, you will interact with global teams to pinpoint, nurture, and convert new and existing business prospects.

This critical role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is central to our strategic growth trajectory. You will act as a key driver of our expansion efforts, leveraging your leadership prowess and strategic insight to steer our sales force towards our North Star.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- ** Strategic Sales and Market Expansion**: Develop and execute targeted strategies to enhance our presence in People Systems and Automation technologies, focusing on service development, pricing, distribution, and impactful go-to-market plans to grow market share and revenues.
- ** Client Engagement and Strategic Alliances**: Strengthen enterprise client relationships through personalized solutions and satisfaction, while cultivating strategic partnerships for increased market reach and revenue potential.
- ** Leadership and Team Empowerment**: Lead and nurture a dynamic sales team, providing motivation and mentorship, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to exceed sales targets and effectively promote our technology solutions.
- ** Market Analysis and Strategic Adaptation**: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and opportunities in the People Systems and Automation sectors, adapting strategies to remain competitive and effective.
- ** Sales Performance and Strategy Refinement**: Utilize sales data and performance metrics to continuously refine strategies, aligning with changing business and market demands.
- ** Contract Management and Collaborative Partnerships**: Manage contractual obligations and partnerships meticulously to ensure compliance and foster long-term, beneficial relationships.
- ** Business Development and Innovation**: Seek out and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive growth and solidify our standing in the technology consulting field.
- ** Collaborative Culture and Unified Goals**: Promote a culture of collaboration, working across departments to align efforts and achieve common company objectives.

**Requirements**:
**WHO YOU ARE**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and/or related field
- Advanced sales training or certifications is highly preferred

**Professional Experience**
- 10+ years of robust sales experience in Technology Consulting
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating proficiency in steering the sales cycle from inception to completion, embracing both strategic vision and tactical execution
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets, client relationship management, and sales team leadership
- Experience in financial management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge in People Systems and Automation technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for various business needs
