Global Carbon, Trade & Commodities (CTC) supports domestic and international commodity, trade and supply chain finance transactional flows for CBA’s domestic and international corporate and institutional clients as well as adding sales and structuring expertise to business banking clients.

**Do work that matters**:
The Executive Director, Head of Agriculture Sales, is responsible for working with the Managing Director, Head of Commodities and executing the Agriculture Sales strategy across our Commodities business segment with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. In addition, the role will partner with Managing Director, International, to ensure we build and leverage global capability.

You'll provide strong leadership from a risk management perspective across Financial and Non-Financial Risk, taking accountability for the breadth of risk across Agriculture Commodities. You will build positive working relationships with internal clients, provide industry thought leadership and continue to enhance the strategy for Commodities.

Are experienced market professionals, ideally operating at an Executive Director level, with extensive experience in Agriculture Sales & Origination.

In particular, for this role we are seeking an advanced understanding of the products, financing, clients and markets in Agriculture including a strong track record of originating, leading and executing transactions as well as managing both Financial and Non-Financial Risk.
