**About the Position**:
The Head of Marketing will:

- Market Insights & Strategy: Gather, analyse, utilize data across the region and focused sectors, as well as customer-specific information in order to develop, deliver and communicate the Americas regional strategies, identify & segment targets, and deliver customer experiences and support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
- Growth Driver: Anticipate market shifts, define growth strategies, build & manage tools that drive efficiencies, innovate with modern marketing approaches, & identify whom to target and how to reach them, make the right product or service available to the right people at the right time, and find new channels, contacts and opportunities to win their business, drive pipeline and orders and consequent revenue
- Positioning & Propositions: Create, adapt and deliver value propositions, based on GTM offers that resonate with regional buyers and have differentiated positioning in the market; creating regional value propositions with central Orange teams and regional partners; define and lead marketing programs; driving new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration and channel engagement through virtual engagements and webinars, customer event/trade shows, go-to market campaigns, etc.
- Awareness: Share and promote corporate brand, values, strategic offers, buyer value and unique regional propositions; driving the strategy and execution of high-impact events and field programs to fill the funnel and accelerate sales to close
- Account Based Marketing: partner with American sales teams to drive pipeline, win rate and revenue through account-targeted, multi-touch, marketing programs - for individual customers or small groups of customers within an identified sector or with similar solution requirements.
- Campaigns: develop, execute, manage and track go-to-market campaigns in coordination with external agencies, partners and internal stakeholders, including Sales teams, Solutions teams, Global Marketing, and other regional Marketing functions, ensuring campaign planning and content development are closely aligned with regional priorities, sales processes and customer goals, identifying new contacts, building brand/solution awareness, generating leads, driving revenue
- Events: Build customer loyalty to ensure enhanced customer and revenue retention; Plan, execute, promote, measure and report on all events in North & South America including live, virtual and hybrid events across customer, sales, industry and partner events
- Internal Communications: Manage internal communications in support of marketing and regional activities including newsletters, announcements, meetings and events
- Technology Marketing: Ability to adapt technology concepts to compelling value propositions and business outcomes across key telecom, digital services, professional services and integration areas
- Partner Ecosystem: Design and build programs and campaigns to effectively build Orange’s advocacy and reach and to generate revenue with strategic partners through sell-with and direct co-branded GTM approaches, including Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Zscaler, etc.
- Leadership: as a member of the America’s leadership team: provide impactful strategic direction and lead tactical actions; as leader of regional marketing: manage the regional marketing department, liaise with corporate with our corporate marketing team, and bi-directionally share best practices with regional marketing peers on a global scale; manage the regional marketing budget
- 12+ years’ experience in global B2B technology marketing; international experience is an advantage
- Sydney based, virtual position with flexibility to handle international or domestic travel (approximately one week per month) and global working-hours when required
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) with interpersonal, leadership abilities
- B.S./B.A. in Business, marketing; prefer an MBA from an accredited institutions
- Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, account-based marketing and production of online and offline marketing programs and events
