**Administration Supervisor - Reproductive Services Unit**

Building on decades of leadership in fertility care the PFS offers a full range of integrated services including:

- Fertility assessment and management, including consultations, fertility investigations, ovulation monitoring/tracking and ovulation induction
- Assisted reproductive treatments, as well as counselling, information and support
- A publicly run fertility preservation program so people with cancer or other health issues can have their tissue stored and retrieved for future us

**Your contribution**

??As our Adminstration Supervisor, Reproductive Services you willlead the clerical team, coordinate the day to day activities and oversee the smooth administration of theReproductive Services Outpatient Clinics to ensure efficient services that meet the needs of our patinets and their families. This position will also provide administration support to the wider unit.?Youwill hold a leadership role within team, role modelling the values of the Women’s and exemplifying patient-centred care. In collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager you will maintain the efficient and effective operational management and coordination of our fertility clinics and administrative staff.Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- ?Provide daily support to clerical/reception staff and escalate any complex issues to the Nurse Unit Manager as required.
- ?Provide day to day oversight of the clerical service including completing rosters, allocation of work, manage annual leave requests and timesheet approval.
- ?Oversee the patient referral and appointment booking process in accordance with the Specialist Clinics Access Policy.

**About you**

To be successful within this role you will need to have:

- ?Previous hospital administration experience
- ?Previous supervisory and leadership experience
- ?Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ?Computer literacy including proficiency in patient management computer programs

**Influenza Vaccination Requirement**

In line with the Health Services Amendment (Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers) Act 2020, some health care workers are now required to have their flu vaccination to work in health care. Evidence of vaccination is required.

As this role fits into category A or B of the departments risk ratings, applicants will be required to have been vaccinated against influenza. Evidence of vaccination is required.
