As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an
**Administration and Facilities Supervisor.** This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an industry that is crucial in supporting grieving families. A diverse role with a generous salary package of
**$75k + Super, **Mon - Fri, Full-time permanent
**office-based** role in Oakleigh.
**Requirements**:
- As the role is within the funeral space, you will need to be comfortable with the presence/physical elements of the industry.
- The ability to lead, coach, and guide a small administration team
- Assist with property maintenance, including repairs and cleanliness.
- Undertake basic gardening tasks to maintain the funeral home grounds.
- Take on duties of a Funeral Director according to business requirements.
- Provide office administration support, including data entry and record-keeping.
**Qualifications**:
- **Maturity and professionalism** to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Previous experience in **data entry**, **administrative, and leadership** roles.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organisational thinking, and the ability to problem solving
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite.**:
- Valid driver's license.
