We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Team Experience Partner to take on a 7 month parental leave secondment in one of our operational zones in New South Wales. Based in Greater Sydney, the role will partner with the Operations Manager for a large portfolio of supermarkets spanning Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, Northern Beaches and Central Coast as far as Lake Munmorah. This is a unique opportunity to impact our business performance through your exceptional partnering ability and capability in identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness. Your expertise in driving outcomes through strong partnering relationships with business leaders, will focus on building and implementing strategies in alignment with business plans.

**About the Opportunity**
This role will present the opportunity to build and implement a people plan that responds to the challenges of today, and ensures our talent capability for the future, in a unique and diverse region of the country.
In this role, you will work both independently with your portfolio of stores, and collaboratively across our People and State teams. Focus areas include:
- Implementing people strategies that identify, attract, develop and retain talent, aligned to delivering the broader business strategy
- Developing strong partnerships with the leaders across our business, and coaching them to deliver outcomes to our teams, customers and communities
- Building leadership capability deep into our talent pipeline, leveraging available programs
- Partnering with leaders to enhance engagement, with a commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data
- Maximise the effectiveness of your people plan, by tailoring its delivery to the unique needs of your portfolio of stores
Further, as part of our agile structure, you’ll take the lead on solutions to some of our most dynamic people challenges. Your influence in this space will be felt nationally for our supermarket's division and group-wide in many instances.

We’re looking for a resilient and values-driven Team Experience Partner with capabilities to perform in a fast paced and complex retail environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
You’ll be a true People Partner, working closely with your Operations Managers across all areas of the supermarket's business. You’ll demonstrate:
- Prior experience in a People Partnering role, or deep experience in key elements of our end-to-end team experience
- Experience in leading and coaching through change initiatives
- Strong relationship management background
- Proven experience in maintaining effectiveness in ambiguous situations
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Passion for developing yourself and others
