This role is a fixed term part-time contract opportunity until March 2024, 4 days per week.

**What you’ll do
This role will be responsible for driving value for the business by working within an Agile framework to deliver initiatives aligned to our purpose and strategy. This role will also facilitate the delivery of core people processes such as the annual performance and reward cycle, organisational planning and reporting as well as driving team listening across the business.

Your role will drive value for our Business through delivering purposefully focussed work within value missions, and shaping deployment & activation plans within your Business portfolio (Finance).

In this role, you will:
Shape data-led people priorities that underpin Business Strategies
- Shape leadership team impact through talent, succession and team effectiveness
- Develop change strategies that support business transformation and team enablement
- Build team connection to Purpose & Business Strategies through shaping team narrative & engagement plans
- Proactively identify and manage people risk through the development of risk mitigation strategies and monitoring key controls within the business.
- Leverage team insights to influence the business agenda
- Build new muscles in agile organisation and ways of working to support transformation
- Build capability in agile delivery within tribes
- Collaborate with broad set of stakeholders to shape and activate people solutions Influence business leaders on the right priorities anchored in team experience**What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a resilient and values-driven Business Partner with previous experience working in a fast paced environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

Engaging and dealing with stakeholders holds no secret for you You have an exceptional ability to build lasting relationships and partner with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation - a skill that has been developed through your previous experience in a strategic business partner role. You will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to think and plan for the long term.

You are comfortable working with ambiguity and know how to gain alignment and make sound decisions based on available information. You will have a passion for understanding your stakeholders and mastery in embedding yourself into their world as a trusted and collaborative partner.**What you’ll experience
