**About the Role**

As the Business Support Coordinator, you will lead and manage a team of Business Support Officers deployed across all regions, ensuring a high level of effective and consistent support is delivered to our operational delivery teams.

This role is also responsible for coordinating and delivering central Business Support functions, including fleet management, support to SRS-wide business initiatives, and administrative support to the Manager, Business Support and Senior Leadership Team.

The role requires high-level interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and will provide expert support and advice and work closely with team members to deliver inclusive and positive outcomes.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- At least two years’ experience in a similar or comparable role, preferably in a government/public service context.

**Desirable**
- ** **Experience administering and managing a large operational vehicle and/or asset fleet
- A relevant Business or Administration certificate or diploma, or other relevant tertiary qualification
