Business Support Coordinator

Bayside Group is an award-winning company specialising in facility and building asset management, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Support Officer to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our project managers, as well as coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess advanced Word and Excel skills. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we would love to hear from you
About the Role:
- Coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Develop and maintain client relationships and key partnerships
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure

- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
