About the Role:
We have a hybrid working environment where you will be working from our Redfern office, as well as from home. This opportunity is permanent full time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims.
- Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and managers to support best practice injury management and early return to work
- Conduct through reviews to develop a holistic and strategic case management plan for each claim.
- Monitor and analyse injury trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of injury management activities.

About You:

- A degree qualification in Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources or a related field.
- Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in injury and Workers Compensation claims management.
- Strong understanding of injury management processes, policies and legislation.
