Partnerships Executive

We have an opportunity for a **Permanent Part-time** Partnerships Executive to join an organisation dedicated to promoting the vibrant precinct that is South Bank, creating a platform for fruitful partnerships, information sharing, and community engagement.
**About You**:
- The ability to build strong and collaborative relationships. This includes being able to navigate any situation with ease
- Actively engage, listen, and lead with empathy with sound knowledge about the community, members, and organisation
- Proactively support your team with a willingness to help and a positive attitude for successful outcomes for all
- You're curious by nature and always hungry to learn new things
**Skills and Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, and sponsorship position. You actively build and chase leads pertaining to membership growth and develop new income streams
- Experience preparing strategic plans and implementing them effectively
- 5+ years of experience in event and project management
- Exceptional time management, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience using MS Suite - generation of reports, grants, and budgets
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for developing project strategies and implementation plans, covering various initiatives, events, forums, research, and economic drivers. Evaluation measures will be an essential part of your approach.
- Represent the organisation on Council and State Government Advisory Committees when needed. Ensure the CEO remains informed and day-to-day operations remain efficient.
- Support the business mission of growing the membership and generating new income streams through sponsorships, ticket sales, and advertising. Meet targets like a pro.
- Forge strong working relationships with members, the Chair, the direct board, and key partners. Be the go-to person for accurate and timely information.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects that match your skills and experience, always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
