- The role of the Infrastructure Project Support Officer is to Provide project and program management, coordination and administration on key Infrastructure, ICT and strategic projects and activities.- Provide sound knowledge of project management methodology, high level communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders in order to achieve service delivery objectives.- To research, analyse and provide information and advice in relation to the delivery of IP&BS projects and activities.**What We Offer**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake projects as directed, including the development of business cases and associated program and project management plans that incorporate budgetary and human resource requirements, identification of stakeholder requirements, timelines, milestones and reporting and evaluation of project outcomes.
- Maintain systems and processes for the tracking of financial expenditure of business unit activities against allocated budgets.
- Prepare and distribute reporting that aids in the effective management of projects and programs.
- Liaise with other SAAS business units to ensure that strong networks are built and maintained and that organisational wide projects are aligned.
- Conduct regular site visits to SAAS owned and leased stations and work locations, including metropolitan and regional country locations as needed for assigned projects.
- Contribute to the achievement of department performance objectives and service values.
