The Building Projects Directorate sits within the Infrastructure Delivery Division and provides advisory and management services to South Australian Government Lead Agencies to manage the construction, delivery, replacement, refurbishment or demolition of South Australian social infrastructure (building construction) projects.

**The Opportunity**
The Team Leader, Reporting and Project Coordination provides leadership, direction and management of the Reporting and Project Coordination team, driving a positive and collaborative team culture and ensuring project coordination and reporting services are delivered in a responsive and timely manner across the Directorate.

The role plays a key function in managing and maintaining Divisional project management processes essential for supporting project delivery along with managing the Division’s reporting requirements, including for: Government Performance Cabinet Committee (GPCC), Budget Cabinet Committee (BCC), Parliamentary Public Works Committee (PPWC), Portfolio Management Office (PMO), Program and Project Governance Committees and the broader department; through collaboration with key stakeholders across the Directorate.

**About You**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering essential central services.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in preparing and reviewing correspondence, briefing notes, Ministerial correspondence and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proven ability to analyse complex information, to provide clear and concise reporting and report on key trends and policy impacts on projects, systems or services.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Experience providing a high standard of customer service for internal and external clients and quality management and risk.
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in leading a team to support project managers and coordinating divisional reporting requirements.
- **Supporting Project Management**: Extensive knowledge of social infrastructure construction issues, trends, and risks, along with the ability to manage sensitive political matters with tact and confidentiality.
- **Project Coordination**: Proven experience in planning, prioritising, and organising work to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes

**Special Conditions**
A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Remuneration**
ASO6 - $98,478 to $104,165 per annum
