**The Opportunity**
The Contract Management Directorate is responsible for delivering contract management services for major Transport Projects ensuring quality outcomes for the South Australian public.
We're seeking a proactive Contract Administration Support Officer to join our team and play an important role in managing contracts and delivering exceptional administrative services. In this role, you'll oversee various functions, from processing contract payments to the contract security process, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
As a Contract Administration Support Officer, you'll provide support to our Contract Management Directorate, mainly in the finance area, and providing exemplary customer service to our clients. If you have a knack for managing records, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with finance payment systems, we want you on our team. **Requirements**:
Demonstrated experience in administration of business systems and financial control.
**Special Conditions**
Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
**Tenure of Vacancy**
Multiple vacancies are available.
Temporary appointment up to 12 months an extension or conversion to an ongoing role will be considered after this period.
**Remuneration**
ASO3 - $67,589 to $72,033 per annum
