**The Opportunity**
Service SA provides customer service to South Australians, including vehicle registrations and licensing for more than 1.3 million licence holders, as well as a variety of State Government transactions, through a network of over 20 customer service centres across the state and online.
Join our Service SA team as a System Support Officer, located in Heah Office at 83 Pirie Street, where you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless customer experiences across the Transport Policy and Regulation Division.
In this pivotal role, you will be:
- Providing support to internal and external users of the transport regulation user management processing system TRUMPS (Transport Regulation User Management Processing System) and its associated systems, such as mySAGOV account, and specialist support for other key systems used by the service SA customer service network.
- Undertaking a range of activities associated with the maintenance and operation of these systems including the identification, reporting and testing of defects and enhancements and new software releases.
- Providing first level TRUMPS and policy support for the service SA customer service network; and
- Participating in the provision of information to and receipt of data from internal and external customers.

**Special Conditions**
- Maintain a flexible work schedule by participating in a roster system to ensure coverage during operational hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. While Saturdays will be required on a roster basis.
- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
- Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

ASO3 - $67,589 to $72,033 per annum (based on full-time hours)
