**The Role**
Reporting into the Director of Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will work closely with our Sales, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to assist in the further development and enhancement of Salesforce across our business.
You will be someone who thrives at building relationships with the sociability to bring people together, and really enjoys working through gaps in process. You’ll have experience running projects inside of Salesforce - not just the administering of tickets but also creating form and function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administering the Salesforce platform involves configuring user accounts, roles, and permissions, customising objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within Salesforce.
- Developing and managing reports and dashboards to track sales and customer service performance.
- Providing ongoing training and assistance to Salesforce users throughout the organisation.
- Monitoring system performance, ensuring data quality and integrity, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Staying informed about new Salesforce features and capabilities and assessing their potential impact on the organisation.
**Skills and Experience**
- Hands-on experience delivering and optimising multi-channel digital experiences, campaigns and automation using Pardot.
- Sound understanding of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, Pardot and Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Highly data-driven and creative. You can set a strategic vision while also being able to roll up your sleeves and build the campaigns too.
- A business partnering mindset; a strong and proactive collaborator.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to adapt well to shifts in strategy and meet changing deadlines and priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail while leading and managing simultaneous projects.
- Lifelong learner; carries a growth-mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ of experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
