About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce administrator to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery Management
    • Manage and maintain our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful service delivery.
    • Develop and implement team management strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
    • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Certifications
    • Certified Salesforce Admin ADM211 or at least ADM201.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Recent experience in a hands-on team management role in an enterprise-scale Salesforce-centric environment using contemporary tools and DevOps processes.
  • Skills
    • Strong experience in service delivery management.
    • Excellent stakeholder negotiation skills and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks across multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Vlocity, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and/or Health Cloud, and in using GitLab for Salesforce deployments.

Desirable Criteria

  • ITIL Foundation Certification and Experience
    • ITIL Foundation Certification and experience in service management.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Soft Skills
    • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development.
