Using your customer service and problem-solving skills, you will be providing support to car dealerships and customers around Australia.

**About the role**:

- Full time, permanent position
- Located in Mulgrave - from your desk on the 9th floor you can see all the way to the bay
- Spacious open plan office where you will have your own allocated motorised desk
- $60K + super
- Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with ping pong, arcade machines and car racing games)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Generate invoiced and issue warrant documentation
- Maintain a daily customer service log
- Action all delegated orders, update and maintain stock registers, maintain fleet company portals
- Resolve product and service related issues
- Create bookings for dealerships

**What we’re looking for**:

- An organised and proactive customer service professional
- Great attention detail
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and call a dealer to resolve an outstanding order
- Ability to work to set KPIs
- A fun colleague who will contribute to the overall atmosphere in the team
