Exciting opportunity for energetic and proactive customer service professional with a passion for sales and marketing and building relationships working in a B2B environment. This leading manufacturer of natural health products has an immediate opening for “can do” professional.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound customer/sales enquiries
- Provide quotes, co-ordinate and process all sales orders
- Process invoices, ensuring on-time sales fulfilment
- Complete all after sales documentation in a prompt manner
- Maintain database to ensure customer information is accurate and current
- Keep sales and pricing records up to date
- Provide customer support for technical enquiries, specifications, complaints and shipping information.
- Support on marketing activities from content development across social media, website and eDMs
- Organise & coordinate advertising, trade shows and customer seminars
- Admin tasks as directed

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience working in an admin, customer service, or sales and marketing environment within the manufacturing sector
- Well organised, able to prioritise and high levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- An interest in working in a sales and marketing environment
- Microsoft Office, CRM and database skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate initiative
- Qualifications in marketing, highly regarded
