**About the opportunity**

You will provide purchasing and administrative support to the procurement team in the form of vendor data entry, purchasing transactions, processing of invoices, reporting and responding to internal customer enquiries.

Key tasks
- Management of the procurement inbox
- Accurate vendor data entry
- Provide accurate and timely support to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Ensure information relating to suppliers is accurately recorded and up to date
- Maintain reporting and records according to policy and procedures
- Follow up with suppliers for outstanding compliance documents and liaise with business and accounts payable if vendors are non-compliant
- Request quotations and raise purchase orders
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment by assisting colleagues in a proactive manner

**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- Previous data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- A focus on providing strong customer service.
- Intermediate proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve minor issues for effective resolution
