**About the opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Coordinator to join our team in Kelvin Grove to provide claims support towards the success of workers’ compensation and injury claims/rehabilitation case management.

**Your new role will see you**:

- Provide accurate, timely and efficient support in regard to management of workers’ compensation claims.
- Interpret relevant legislation and provide advice to claimants and other stakeholders regarding entitlement of workers’ compensation.
- Assist Self Insurance with administrative duties required for successful claims management and rehabilitation programs.
- Maintenance of the claims management data system, as well as assistance in the reporting and analysis of data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient claims management and rehabilitation case management.
- Provide document management support services including filing, shredding, document compilation and mail outs.

**About You**:
You will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build constructive and effective relationships to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability in Microsoft office and experience in end-to-end claims and rehabilitation case management will see you thrive in this role.
