Brand Collective Licensing and Partnership Specialist

The OpportunityThe Licensing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring Designworks business operations adhere to licensed contracts. This involves ensuring all licensed products approved by licensors at each contractual stage are submitted through the appropriate approval portal, with timely feedback delivered to design teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the approval process for each license, ensuring relevant areas of the business adhere to relevant processes and stages required within the contract.
- Follow up with designers, production, and QA to ensure Licensor comments are actioned.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the Licence approval process for each license.
- Brief teams on sending final licensor samples, including numbers and portal login details.
- Maintain a library of style guides and licensor portal logins, communicating updates and new guidelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with licensors on approvals.
- Maintain and update files to licensor requirements.
- Collaborate with the Licensing Manager on any approval issues at the licensor level.
- Work with planners, account managers, finance, and the licensing manager to submit financial and business reports.
- Experience working with licensed brands, contracts, and style guides.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) desirable but not essential.
