**About the Company**:

Based across Metro Melb, regional Vic and various interstate sites, we are currently seeking an interim Manager of Facilities and Administration to ensure all services provided are to a consistent professional level.

**About the Role**:
As the Manager of Facilities and Administration, you'll lead the efficient delivery of services to our employees and management. Your role involves spearheading property management strategies, policies, and standards, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders. From overseeing leases and construction projects to managing refurbishment programs, your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining operational excellence. This role is an initial 2-3 month contract, with the potential for further extension. This role offers flexible working but will require travel across Melbourne.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you'll have:

- A degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property management or 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in facility management with a focus on commercial, strategic, and sustainability aspects.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, especially in lease and contract management.
- Previous people management skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills crucial for effective stakeholder management.
- A commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in fleet management, archiving, and general administration practices.
- Alignment with values of integrity, reliability, teamwork, and professionalism.
